Operations Manager

Here at Growtivation we're looking for a s trategic and proactive individual to join our Operations team based in Lancing.

Reporting to our Director youwill have Senior management responsibility for the operations department of the company, driving profitability and productivity through careful cost management and implementation of more efficient processes.
