What you’ll be doing

as an Environment & Awareness Lead

As the education and awareness officer you will be part of the Information Security team, particularly focussed on setting up and running a program designed to instil a cyber culture within Thames, ensuring that staff behave in a manner aligned with our understanding of cyber hygiene

  • To design an education and awareness programme.
  • Demonstrate how education and awareness contribute towards risk reduction as a key layer of defence.
  • Report on surveys and phishing outcomes in a consistent manner
  • To manage the outcomes of the programme and associated Risk Identification and Management for IT and OT environments.

Base Location – Hybrid – Reading Clear Water Court

Working Pattern – 36 hours

  • Experience in delivering messages and communications at all levels of an organisation.
  • Extensive training and experience in Education and Awareness
  • Proven ability to design and deploy an Education and Awareness Programme from scratch.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen .
  • Desirable :

  • Experience working within Cyber Security
  • Any certificate or qualification in Education
