We're looking for energetic, organised leaders to manage shifts in our fast-paced Domino's store – ensuring service, quality, and teamwork are always on top.
Responsibilities
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
- Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
- Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
- Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
- Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
- Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in‑store issues professionally
- Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
- Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)A genuine passion for customer service and leading a teamStrong organisational and communication skillsThe ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environmentAvailability for evenings and weekends (required)Benefits
