Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to thrive in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive and nurturing school in the London Borough of Lambeth.

About the Role :

As a KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs. This may include working 1 : 1 or in small groups, adapting learning activities, and helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities :

Provide individualised support for pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language, and Social / Emotional needs.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement individual learning plans.

Support children both academically and emotionally to build confidence and independence.

Promote inclusion and ensure every child has equal access to learning.

Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents where appropriate.The Ideal Candidate Will :

Have previous experience supporting children with SEN (school-based experience preferred).
