Parts Telesales Advisor

About The Role

We have an exciting position for a Parts Telesales Advisor in our busy Aftersales division

This role is full time at our Nottingham Head Office (no hybrid working

What youll be doing :

Youll be answering telephone calls quickly and efficiently providing a first class call experience for our Customers

Youll be responding to emails in a professional manner

Youll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them

What youll need - skills and experience :

Proven experience in a Sales office environment. Youll ideally have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range

You'll be a confident, enthusiastic and driven team player

Your personal skills will include accuracy and numeracy as well as computer literacy

Youll possess the desire to succeed both individually and as part of the team
