Job description
Senior Care Assistant required for our care home Broadacres in Barton Turf near Norwich covering night shifts.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Care Assistant in a Greensleeves Care Home, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You can also expect to complete supervisions and appraisals, administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.

What you’ll need

You should have a RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) with previous experience in providing care at a similar level. We encourage applications from HCA’s, Health Care Assistants, Support Workers & Domiciliary Carers.

Shift Pattern: Our shift patterns are Week 1 Monday and Tuesday night 9pm - 8am; Week 2 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday 9pm-8am plus you will be required to work alternative weekends.
