About the Role

In this varied and rewarding position, youll support the Customer Service Manager in leading a dynamic department, managing a team of four Coordinators and overseeing operatives and contractors. Youll be hands-on in ensuring all post-completion works, remedial projects, and warranty claims are handled swiftly and professionally.
