Maintenance Team Supervisor (MHE) Rotherham Salary: £47,000 per annum, rising to £50,500 in Year 2 Pension: 4% employer contribution, rising to 4.5% by Year 5 Additional benefits available (details on application) We are recruiting a highly capable Maintenance Team Supervisor to lead the on-site MHE Maintenance function within a large, fast-paced operational environment. This role carries responsibility for the maintenance, compliance, and operational availability of over 400 pieces of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE). The successful candidate will provide strong technical leadership, ensure statutory compliance, and manage both internal engineers and external contractors, while maintaining high safety and operational standards. This is a hands-off supervisory role, ideal for someone with strong mechanical knowledge who enjoys leading teams, managing compliance, and coordinating maintenance strategies rather than delivering training directly.
