Customer Engagement Evening & Weekend Working (In Office Colchester) 24+ Hours

Joining our team means taking ownership of customer inquiries and ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed their expectations . We are in search of individuals who possess a deep understanding of providing 5-star service and are committed to excelling in their roles .

As a member of this dynamic team, you will work a minimum of 24 hours per week , during 4 evening shifts from Monday to Friday (any hours between 6 : 00 pm and 10 : 00 pm), Saturday (between 5 : 00pm and 9pm) with an 8-hour shift every Sunday (between 9 : 00 am and 10 : 00 pm). The specific working hours will be determined at the end of the recruitment process.
