Job description

Our client is currently looking to add a Mobile HGV Trailer Technician to their fantastic team in Motherwell.

What they’re offering :

Permanent role
Basic salary £36,000 - £38,000 (flexible dependant on experience)
Overtime available OTE up to £45,000
Fantastic company benefits including 33 days annual leave.
Company Van and Mobile.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform detailed inspections, servicing, and repairs on trailers, maintaining the highest standards of safety and functionality.

Accurately and efficiently complete all compliance documentation.

Diagnose and resolve issues using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE.

Participate in ongoing product and industry training, including IRTEC, tail lift, BPW & SAF axle / brake training to continuously develop your expertise.

Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting tight deadlines.

Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment.

Experience & Qualifications Required :

Semi-Trailer or Heavy Vehicle experience.

Minimum 2 years industry experience.

Good technical knowledge servicing and diagnostics.

Diagnose and resolve issues using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO, and KNORR BREMSE.

Level 3 or level 2 NVQ or City and Guilds.

Full Driving Licence.
