Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Law firm based in Lancashire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor  to join their team on a full time basis.

If you have experience in Property Law and are looking for a new challenge, Then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Commercial property Solicitor :

Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.

Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients

Provide great client care at all times and have professional approach

About you Property Commercial Property Solicitor :

Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.

A minimum of 3 Year PQE within a commercial property department advising and representing clients on a range of real estate matters
