Our luxury care home is situated in the beautiful, historic town of Sale, offering Residential, Dementia & Respite care for 72-residents.

As Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in leading our care team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care, and creating a warm, supportive environment.

You’ll coordinate shifts, lead by example, and be responsible for the performance of your team during each shift. Your leadership will help us maintain a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere in our home. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
