A specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Reading is seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 5 to 18 with Autism, ADHD, and complex behavioural needs.

This is a rewarding full-time role where you will work closely with teachers, pastoral leads, and therapists to support pupils in managing their behaviour, building emotional regulation skills, and re-engaging in education.

Salary : £89-£100 per day

Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am - 3 : 30pm

Ideal for : Psychology, Criminology, Education Graduates or anyone with a passion for behavioural support and youth developmentAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will help students re-engage with learning through positive relationships and behaviour strategies as well as modelling positive behaviour and emotional regulation techniques. You will work with pupils 1 : 1 and in small groups, and support teachers in delivering lessons and interventions tailored to students' emotional needs.
