Salary : £60,000 – £75,000 + Benefits

Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 3 Days / Week)

A respected consultancy with a growing footprint in development monitoring is seeking a Senior or Associate Monitoring Surveyor to support its expanding workload across the Midlands and East Anglia. This is a great opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor with some previous experience in monitoring to join a flexible, regionally focused role offering autonomy and meaningful project work.

The workload is primarily focused on residential developments for major lenders, with occasional involvement in commercial, industrial, and broader fund monitoring schemes. The role includes site visits and occasional travel to the company's Leicester office.
