Salary : 32700 share of gratuities

Hours : Full-time 45 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a highly regarded luxury hotel and spa in the Cotswolds. Known for its exceptional food warm hospitality and beautifully maintained estate this is the perfect place for a chef looking to refine their skills and grow within a professional supportive environment.

The Role

As Chef de Partie you will :

Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard using fresh seasonal ingredients

Operate your section effectively on a day-to-day basis

Ensure all mise en place for lunch and dinner services is complete and precise

Produce wholesome nutritious staff meals

Support junior chefs and contribute to their training and development

Maintain excellent standards of kitchen hygiene organisation and food safety

Work closely with senior chefs to deliver an exceptional dining experience

About You

Were looking for someone who brings :

Good industry knowledge and understanding of modern food production

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

A strong work ethic and a desire to develop

Minimum NVQ Level 1 and CIEH Level 2

Ideally 1 year of experience in a similar role

A positive team-focused attitude and pride in high-quality cooking
