Empowering Learning is currently looking for a SEND (Complex needs / ASD) Teaching Assistant based in Esher. The role is a long-term position starting as soon as possible. Initally, we will assign you to a site in Leatherhead for training for two or three weeks then move you over to Esher full time.

Teaching Assistant - Requirements

Good organisational skills, as well as flexibility and willing to work as part of a team.

A passionate, empathetic and patient nature with a nurturing and inclusive approach to children and their families.

The ability to develop positive and caring relationships with children

A positive person who can work as part of a dedicated team and is able to offer commitment to the life of our school community.

The ability to support a child with specific learning difficulties and some understanding and knowledge of different kinds of SEN including ASD, SLD, PMLD
