What you'll do :
Build supportive, trusting relationships with young people and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
Carry out holistic assessments that incorporate relevant statutory referral information.
Conduct regular keywork sessions that are innovative and engaging, aimed at achieving Support Plan goals.

What you'll bring :
Ability to advocate for young people in a range of professional and community settings.
Values working collaboratively with young people to ensure the service truly meets their needs.
Understands the importance of individual contexts, including the impact of trauma and adversity, and how these may shape young people's lives and mental health.
Essential :
Up to NVQ Level 2 / 3 or equivalent, or experience supporting young people or individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Specialist knowledge relevant to supporting young people with a mental health diagnosis.
Desirable :
Experience of working in a complex mental health environment.
Demonstrable experience of trauma-informed practice.
Experience working within a psychologically informed environment.
