Team Leader – Children’s Residential

We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated team in a specialist Children’s Residential home that supports young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). This is more than a job – it’s a chance to be a positive force in the lives of young people who need consistency, safety, and someone to believe in them.

What You’ll Do :

Lead, inspire and support a team of residential care workersProvide structure and guidance in the day-to-day running of the homeBuild strong, trusting relationships with young people aged 10–17Support the Registered Manager with audits, rota planning and safeguardingAct as a positive role model, promoting resilience, recovery, and independenceEnsure the highest standards of care in line with Ofsted, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice

What We’re Looking For :

Experience working in a Children’s Residential setting )Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamResilience, empathy, and emotional intelligenceA commitment to safeguarding and child protection
