Job Title: Social Worker – Learning Disability/Autism Team
Location: Sandwell
Rate: £32 per hour

We have an exciting role and looking for a committed and hardworking qualified Social Worker with experience in Adult Social Work, specifically working with individuals with Learning Disabilities/Autism, to join their Learning Disability/Autism team.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will work with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities or autism, including those with physical disabilities, profound and complex needs, and their carers. You will conduct safeguarding investigations, mental capacity assessments, and best interest decisions. You will carry out outcome-focused assessments and support planning to meet care and support needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals and partner agencies to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications and Experiences:

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work. A minimum of two and a half years of experience as a Social Worker is also required.
