Overview

Grounds Maintenance Supervisor at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services. Location : Regional Recruitment - Billericay, Essex, England, CM11. Contract Type : Permanent. Type of Employment : Full Time. Hourly Rate : £14.00. Total Weekly Hours : 40.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of grounds maintenance operatives (mobile and static) to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance and winter services to the client.
  • Plan maintenance work across the contract to ensure efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Oversee winter maintenance operations and promote a positive health and safety culture by leading by example.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in Grounds Maintenance and Gritting
  • Supervisory experience
  • PA1 & PA6 spraying licences
  • Smartphone technology proficiency
