About the Role :

You will be responsible for ensuring all statutory compliance obligations are met across the estate, maintaining buildings free from risk, and supporting the implementation of best practice operations. Youll work closely with facilities teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular site audits and inspections of building fabric, M&E systems, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance through helpdesk systems, remedial actions, and reporting.
• Develop specifications for statutory maintenance and inspection regimes.
• Support mobilisation of new properties from handover to operational readiness.
• Specify, procure, and project manage compliance-related works, validating performance and savings.
• Embed safety and compliance into refurbishment and capital projects.
• Define CAFM system requirements for compliance reporting and dashboard development.
• Maintain accurate asset registers and support investment planning for risk mitigation.
• Ensure all work activities are risk assessed and corrective actions are implemented promptly.
