    Job responsibilities

This is a 10 PA post ( DCC, SPA) in the Comprehensive Stroke Service. The calibre of the applicant is more important than their base specialty and we are looking for someone comprehensively trained in stroke medicine.

There is the potential for a clinical leadership role within the department for a suitable candidate with appropriate skills, support and training.

The Unit has been consistently highly rated on the SSNAP audit and has won awards for its clinical leadership and research.

The appointee will be expected to contribute to undergraduate and post graduate teaching and be involved in the departmental audit and research.
