Salary : £32,058 – £32,760 per annum + sleep-in pay (where applicable) (based on 45hrs per week)

About the role :

A well-established adult and children care provider is seeking dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Workers / Team Leaders to join their supported living and residential care services across the Southampton area. The services provide specialist care for adults or children with learning disabilities, mental health disorders, complex needs and / or challenging behaviour.

As a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality care and promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the individuals, but always with the shared aim of enabling them to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. This role includes a combination of day shifts, long shifts, and may involve sleep-in duties, depending on the home’s needs.
