Sous Chef - Hospitality Catering

Location : Near Bank Station

Hours : 06 : 30 AM to 2 : 30 PM, including two to three evenings per week

Schedule : Monday to Friday only

Salary : 43,555 per year

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our hospitality catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys early starts, is passionate about food, and wants a better work-life balance with no weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations

Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high standards

Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards

Assist with menu planning and development

Manage stock and ordering where required

Requirements

Proven experience in a Sous Chef role within a hospitality or contract catering environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

A genuine passion for food and presentation

Flexibility to work two to three evenings a week as part of a weekday schedule
