Order Support Specialist

This involves meticulously receiving and processing orders, while actively communicating with customers and various business functions to capture all necessary data, both contractual and non-contractual. Their role is not just about order processing but also about ensuring that everything runs smoothly from order acceptance to delivery. The must haves

• Demonstrable strong customer focus and comprehensive business knowledge of VMO2 products and services, including Mobile, Voice, and Data connectivity.
• Proven sales and commercial business insight.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to data integrity.
• Proven record of effectively reading and understanding Order Forms and Contracts, with the ability to translate this information accurately throughout the order journey.
• Analytical approach with a proven ability to effectively interrogate and analyse data.
• Ability to influence others without direct management authority, including both external and internal customers.
• Adept at building rapport and encouraging positive relationships with internal partners and customers.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with internal partners at all levels.
• High level of IT literacy, with knowledge of standard MS Office applications, internet applications, and business systems (e.g., SFDC).
• Proven office administration experience or previous sales support or order entry experience within the Telecommunication / IT sector.
• There is an expectation to be in the office twice a week in either Birmingham or Reading.
