About the Role The International Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Oxford Education International sales team, across both UK and global markets. This role involves delivering a wide range of administrative support that directly contribute to driving revenue. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting the sales process for School, Branches, and 3rd‑party channels by supporting a variety of operational tasks and contributing both practical and technical aspects of the role. Responsibilities are diverse in scope and complexity, with a strong emphasis on activities that directly impact OUP's international customer base.
In addition, the role includes ensuring that all process documentation is regularly checked and kept up to date to ensure they continue to meet requirements and are streamlined for efficiency.
You will also assist in the organising of the annual sales conference, helping to manage logistics, prepare documentation required for our international colleagues as well as providing support on each day(s) of the event.
Beyond this you will be responsible for processing dropshipments, gratis orders and running reports, ensuring that key information is accurate and accessible, and keep shared team sites updated to ensure colleague always have correct information.
This role also involves close collaboration with our marketing, production, and finance teams, while maintaining accurate records across all activities. It is well suited to someone with experience in a fast‑paced working environment, who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to adapt quickly when moving between tasks.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience supporting events - logistics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the International education market.
