About the Role :

You will be supporting Primary and Secondary pupils with

Autism (ASD)

and associated

communication needs .

Much of the role involves

1 : 1 support , helping pupils engage with learning and daily routines.

Many students are

non-verbal

and work best with structured methods such as

PECS, visual cues, and ABA strategies .

With small class sizes and strong teamwork, youll play a vital role in helping pupils feel safe, supported, and confident to learn.

Ideal Candidate :

Patient, empathetic, and motivated to support SEN learners.

Experience or knowledge of

autism, communication needs, PECS or ABA

is an advantage

but not essential.

Graduates (particularly psychology, education, or related fields) and college leavers are warmly encouraged to apply.

Full-time availability is required to provide continuity for the children.
