About the Role

We are seeking a Manager in our Transaction Services team to support the growth phase of an exciting new business line for Sedulo. We are seeking an individual that can play a major part in making Sedulo Transaction services the provider of choice for UK Private Equity houses and SMEs.

The Manager will be a critical team member to help execute client engagements. S / he will report into the Transaction Services Director and will be responsible for all aspects of producing analysis, report writing and liaising with target management and the client on financial due diligence assignments.

Qualified candidates will view themselves as having superior leadership and technical skills, excellent project management and communication skills, as well as a sense of urgency and drive to help the company service its clients.
