Established over 30 years ago, this family‑run business supplies high-quality UPVC, window, and door hardware to tradespeople, locksmiths, and DIY customers across the UK. In this role, you will assist customers at the trade counter and over the phone, identify and supply the correct parts, manage stock, and provide technical advice. You'll support both trade professionals and DIY customers, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service.
