Sister / Charge Nurse - Adult Community

Overview

We have an opportunity for senior nurses to join our Adult Community Team, based out of Fair Havens hospice, near Priory Park. This service runs across 7 days and requires some bank holidays, evening, and weekend working. Candidates need to hold a UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. We have full-time (3 x 12.5 shifts per week) and part-time (2 x 12.5 hour shifts per week) available.

Responsibilities

• You will support and manage our community team members during a shift to enable patients care needs are met.
• Be responsible for assessing the needs of patients, implementing and evaluating the care plans provided.
