Accounts Payable Analyst

Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast paced business in Telford who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team in Telford

Your new role

You will be working within a small team and duties will include :

• Process invoices l
• Post supplier invoices / credits
• Validate supplier invoices to rate cards
• Highlight issues on supplier invoices and assist in resolution
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Assist with supplier set up procedure, including security bank checks
• Respond to supplier queries
• Work with colleagues internally to resolve queries in a timely manner
• Assist with month end procedures
• Weekly and monthly payment runs

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger Clerk, who is used to working within a fast paced environment, is good with IT and specifically Excel and who works well within a team
