We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in Hillingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people who want to make a real impact in the classroom.

The Role :

Supervise whole classes during the absence of the class teacher

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure pupils remain on task

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Provide support to students to help them achieve their learning goals

About You :

Confident, professional, and able to engage with secondary school students

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, youth work) is highly desirable

A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential

Must be flexible, reliable, and committed to supporting education
