Working hours :
Monday to Friday : 08 : 30 - 17 : 30 Saturday (biweekly) 08.30 - 13.00Job Responsibilities & Tasks
Lead and support the front of house team, ensuring high standards of work and excellent customer service.Allocate jobs to technicians, ensuring workloads are balanced and deadlines are met.Contact customers to explain vehicle repairs in a clear, understandable manner and gain authorisation for work.Ensure that parts are ordered and correctly managed on the system.Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.Assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff.Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a front of house, customer engagement, and the ability to delegate.Strong customer service and communication abilities.Good IT skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.Perks and Benefits
