Overview
Occupational Therapist Education setting Hill House School. Salary : £31,049 per annum. Permanent : Full time. Location Cambian Hill House School.
Main duties
You will work alongside a full multidisciplinary team including clinicians, care and Education staff. You will have opportunities to be part of the provision development and contribute to the improvement of the Occupational Therapy service. Working with guidance and supervision from the Highly Specialist OT & Clinical Specialist Lead OT you will provide quality assessments, reports and needs-led interventions for young people and work with the school staff to embed strategies across the environment.

Responsibilities

Taking a hands-on approach, you will be a strong team player with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. You will provide quality assessments, reports and needs-led interventions for young people and work with school staff to embed strategies across the environment. You will work in one of Outstanding Education settings. You will receive guidance and supervision from the Highly Specialist OT & Clinical Specialist Lead OT.
Candidate profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, forward-thinking Occupational Therapist to join our friendly team. A degree or post-graduate diploma in Occupational Therapy; HCPC registration and RCOT; experience working with ASD and / or learning disabilities with young people / adults.
