Overview
Consultant | Equifind | Finance & Accounting. Equifind is teaming up with an exciting fast-moving FinTech in the West End of London. You will be a detail-driven AP Manager able to hit the ground running for this new permanent position reporting into the Financial Controller. Previous experience of NetSuite is essential.
Base pay range
£55,000-£60,000 per annum (No Bonus). There might be flexibility to 3-days in the office post probation.
Responsibilities
- Use NetSuite to drive and automate accounts payable and related processes
- Resolve aged payables and correct mis-posted payments to maintain order in the AP function
- Lead invoice processing, payment runs, receivables, and reconciliations with precision
- Ensure accurate VAT coding and maintain clean, audit-ready financial records
- Deliver timely AP / AR dashboards and aged debt reports to support decision-making
- Identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and support ongoing system improvements
- Build strong relationships with vendors and respond to internal and external queries promptly
- Opportunity to contribute to controllership activities
- Ad-hoc projects as required
