Contact Center Operator

Siamo Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic,reliable and customer focused individual to support within a busy Contact Center in the County of Denbighshire.

The roles available are a mixture of temporary and temporary to permanent.

Details : £12.21 per hour

Full time hours

Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and / or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints in a timely manner

Accurately log and update customer information in the system

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments

The ideal candidate :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability

Good computer literacy and data entry skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask
