Learning Support Worker (ALS Stroud)
Role Information
Reference : REQ001386; Location : Stroud Campus; FTE Salary : £25,287.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience); Actual Salary : £17,336.48 (Reflecting the annual 38 working weeks); Contract Type : Permanent, Part-Time, Term-Time only; Working Hours : Minimum of 28 hours over 4 days or 35 hours over 5 days (Job shares are available), 38 weeks per year term-time all school holidays off.

Role Overview
Are you passionate about making a real difference in learners’ lives? SGS College is seeking enthusiastic individuals to become an integral part of our learning support team. In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with learners, offering personalised one-to-one and small group guidance in the classroom and across our College community. You’ll support through targeted interventions, workshops, trips and work experience, empowering students to overcome barriers and engage with every aspect of their education. You will be part of a team that provides high-quality support to learners with a variety of educational needs, helping them to thrive and enjoy college life.
