Job Description
Join our dynamic Personal Wellbeing services, commissioned by HMPPS, and help support adult male ex-offenders across four key pathways :
You will manage a caseload of service users, conduct assessments, and deliver one-to-one and group interventions. Work in close collaboration with HMPPS, voluntary organisations, and other justice partners to help individuals rehabilitate, reduce risks, and build better futures.
You will be based at one of our hubs with regular travel across your designated cluster.
