CNC Miller

Due to continued growth Im currently recruiting for a CNC Miller to work with a well-established engineering company based near Cradley Heath. As the CNC Miller you will be responsible for ensuring quality engineering of components using relevant procedures and methods.

Shift pattern for the CNC Miller : Rotating double days (week one 6am

2pm)(week two 2pm

10pm)

Duties of the CNC Miller : Machining quality components in accordance with technical engineering drawings and specificationsHeidenhain controlsSetting one off components using clamps, angle plates, etc.Deburring components and ensuring they are fit for transportation.Carry out daily bookings against route card jobs and timings.Inspection for all components throughout the process.Maintain a safe working environment and comply with the Companys H&S Policy.

The successful candidate for the CNC Millers position will have the following experience : 3

5 years experience as a 5 AXIS CNC Miller working with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls (Essential)Ability to program offline (Essential)Able to read and interpret technical Engineering drawings (Essential)
