A market leading manufacturing firm with an excellent global reputation in their field require additional help due to internal progression. Based centrally to local transport links including bus and trams, working in a vibrant and friendly team who muck in and support each other, if you are a proven customer service professional, with experience of export documentation and happy to mentor one customer service professional, please give us a call.

• Customer services – Managing key accounts, overseeing order processing and focussing on retaining customers whilst maximising order potential & company profit
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, effectively managing a one customer services advisor
• Export operations : overseeing export documentation to numerous countries globally, including Europe, UAE, India, China & the US
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, including production and quality teams to highlight customer priorities and identify any supply chain issues
• Production planning & purchasing – Willingness to support production planning and procurement functions
• KPI reporting
