Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour
Overtime: £16.69 per hour (Friday optional)

We are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Yeadon (LS19).

\nWorking Hours\n

  Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm

• \n

  Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm (optional overtime paid at £16.69ph)

\n

\nThe Role\n

This is a hands-on, repetitive role involving the preparation of products before painting. Duties include:

  Cleaning and preparing products to a high standard

  \n
\n
• \n

  Ensuring surfaces are free from defects, dust, or residue

  \n
\n
• \n

  Maintaining consistent quality throughout the process

  \n
\n
• \n

  Following set procedures and quality standards at all times

  \n
\n

  Excellent attention to detail is essential

  \n
\n
• \n

  Comfortable carrying out monotonous, repetitive work

  \n
\n
• \n

  Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  \n
\n
• \n

  Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential

\n
