The Role

We are looking for an experienced Visualfiles / Senior Visualfiles Developer to join expanding Visualfiles Team with a large law firm offering great benefits to the right candidate including flexible hours, great career progression and learning opportunities.

As a Visualfiles / Senior Visualfiles Developer you will design, build and support case and workflow management solutions using Visualfiles.

As a Visualfiles / Senior Visualfiles Developer you will be working closely with technical teams and stakeholders, you’ll help improve processes, system performance and user experience, delivering reliable, scalable solutions that meet compliance and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing clean, efficient and maintainable Visualfiles solutions.
• Owning features end-to-end : from design through to deployment and support.
• Reviewing code, maintaining quality standards and continually improving what you deliver.
• Collaborating with colleagues to streamline processes and share knowledge.
• Managing your workload effectively, delivering high-quality work on time.
• Communicating progress clearly and flagging risks or blockers early.
• Proactively solving problems and knowing when to seek support.
• Keeping your skills up to date and contributing to team learning.
