Nursery Practitioner

Job Purpose :

To provide high-quality care and education for children, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support childrens learning and development.

Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children at all times.

Observe, assess, and record childrens progress.

Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating environment.

Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies.

Requirements :

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or working towards).

Knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for working with young children.
