An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Gardener / Maintenance Operative to join our clients award-winning team on a temp-to-perm basis. They have been responsible for numerous very high-profile projects across the country for many years and are currently expanding their maintenance arm, leading to an increasing number of high-profile contracts. They are now seeking a horticulturally experienced Landscape Maintenance Gardener to assist work across in the Kings Cross Area, London.

Main Responsibilities :

The client is looking for a dedicated and reliable individual who is eager to learn, demonstrates strong knowledge, and values punctuality. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative when required. This role is based at a prestigious rooftop site, which can be physically demanding.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following :

• Maintenance Gardening
• Lawn Maintenance
• Pruning
• Weeding
• Watering
• Planting
• Mulching
• Ad- hoc planting as required.
• An understanding of Health and Safety requirements.

Key Skills :

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, having the ability to work under their own initiative while taking pride in their work and completing tasks to a high standard throughout all tasks on the large site. An understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential. A PA1 / PA6 spraying certificate would be desirable, however not essential.

A CSCS Card is currently required.

Working Hours are 7 : 30 – 16 : 00 Monday to Friday
