Location : Camden (NW1) - commutable from Kentish Town, King's Cross, Euston, Hampstead, and Islington

Pay : £110-£130 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date : September 2025

Contract : Full-time, long-term with potential to go permanent

Long Term Futures are working with a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Camden to appoint an experienced SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HLTA to take on additional responsibility, supporting both in-class learning and delivering small-group and intervention sessions for pupils with additional needs.

The Role

As an SEN HLTA, your responsibilities will include :

Delivering small group interventions and 1 : 1 support tailored to pupils with ASD, ADHD, and other SEND profiles.

Covering classes during PPA time, ensuring high-quality delivery of planned lessons.

Supporting with behaviour management strategies to ensure pupils are engaged and able to progress.

Contributing to lesson planning and adapting resources to meet individual needs.
