Criminal Law Paralegal

Location: Remote (London Office 1 Day/Week)

The Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Support a team of 4 experienced Criminal Law Solicitors on a varied caseload

  • Prepare legal documents bundles and case files for court proceedings

  • Conduct legal research draft correspondence and liaise with clients

  • Assist with case management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Attend the London office one day per week; work remotely for the remainder

Requirements: What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of Paralegal experience within a UK criminal law setting

  • Strong academic background Law degree or equivalent (LPC/SQE preferred)

  • Excellent knowledge of criminal law procedures and case management

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in legal research and document preparation

  • Proactive organised and able to work independently
