Salary : £30,000 – £33,500 per annumLocation : Hybrid – Head Office based in Denton, with occasional travel to other sitesBenefits : 30 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), 22% employer pension contribution, excellent wellbeing benefitsAre you passionate about people and want to make a real difference in a values-driven organisation? We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive People Advisor to join our client's collaborative HR team.In this hybrid role, you’ll provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across a range of services. You'll play a key role in employee relations, wellbeing initiatives, and supporting business change—helping shape a positive employee experience and great place to work.What you'll be doing :

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
  • Advising managers on sickness absence and liaising with Occupational Health to support employee wellbeing.
  • Supporting on service restructures, TUPE processes, and redundancy consultations.
  • Collaborating with People Business Partners on data insights and reporting to inform HR strategies.
  • Contributing to recruitment, policy development, training delivery and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Managing and developing the iTrent HR system and supporting People Services Administrators.What we're looking for :
  • A confident HR professional with sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing ER cases, advising on policies, and supporting change processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
