The teacher will initially be employed by TeacherActive on a day rate (in line with the Teacher Pay Scale). If they are a good fit for the school after a trial period, they will then be employed on salary by the school. The school are open to applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced Secondary English Teachers. Our dedicated consultants have an ideal mix of skills and knowledge, coming from a background of both hands-on classroom experience and extensive recruitment experience.
