Soft Landscaping Team Leader

Location : Northampton

Permanent Full Time

Salary : up to £32,708.00 per year + overtime

21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Overtime, pension, wider company benefits (retail, leisure, holiday, gym discounts).

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside a small team of soft landscapers on new build housing developments.
Prepare the ground, turf, plant, bark and mulch.
Ensure work is completed to company quality standards, recorded and reported to the office.
Ensure all vehicles and machinery used are in good order and safe to operate.
Ensure all tools and equipment are well maintained, clean and serviceable.

Qualifications

Soft landscaping experience (ground prep, turfing, planting, mulching and barking).

Experience of leading and working alongside a small team of landscapers.

A UK Driving Licence and your own transport to be able to get to the yard in the morning.

Desired Additional Qualifications

CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS card.

Experience of installing landscaping on new build housing developments.

Benefits
