Responsibilities

• Learning Support Assistant - Year 7 focused 1 : 1 role.
• Start immediately, full-time, long-term position.
• Support a Year 7 pupil with autism across lessons and social times and help them build independence, confidence, and academic engagement.
• Use visual support strategies, break cards and structured communication tools.
• Collaborate with SENCO, class teachers and therapists; track progress and adjust support as needed.
